Las
Mariposas Multi-Housing Complex
In
collaboration with the City of San Jose and numerous funding
sources, MACSA will help families fulfill their dreams of owning their own
home. MACSA will construct a multi-housing complex under a first-time home
buyer program for low-moderate income families. The construction of the
multi-housing complex is scheduled for completion of 2002. The 70 unit
complex will be built in the heart of East San Jose California. Units will
vary in size from 2 to three bedrooms. The complex will be beautifully
designed in a southwestern motif.

Las Golondrinas Housing Complex
To
continue its commitment to helping our elderly grow with dignity, MACSA is
currently in the planning stages to build an additional subsidized senior
housing complex, Las Golondrinas, for low-income seniors. The fifty-unit
complex will include a community room, TV/reading room, multi-conference
room, hair salon, lounge, laundry room, library and computer lab. The
complex will be built adjacent to Girasol I Senior Housing Complex in
East San Jose, California.
