The MACSA family is comprised of 126 employees. Eighty-five percent of MACSA employees provide direct service to the community and 15% of the team is responsible for driving the agency mission and managing the agency operations to ensure that it is in alignment with its core values.

MACSA is an agency founded to serve the unique needs of Latinos. MACSA values a diverse staff that is enriched with both life experience and/or formal education knowing that the best way to reach a community is by honoring people and building trust. MACSA employees have experienced and transcended many of the challenges faced by the community they serve.

• Ninety-eight percent of MACSA staff is Latino or of Latino descent
