Computer Literacy – Youth receive computer literacy, critical thinking skills and academic/study skills instruction, as well as homework assistance, cross cultural education, and leadership development.
Zero Drop-Out Youth Academy – This after-school program provides youth with homework assistance/tutoring, gang and substance prevention, community services, cross cultural awareness, and college and career exploration activities to develop their academic skills, self-esteem, and leadership skills. Parents are also offered monthly educational classes/workshops.
After School Programs – This program provides youth, between the ages 6-12, with after school educational and recreational activities such as homework assistance/tutoring, arts & crafts, leadership development, gang prevention education, and computer instruction.
Latchkey Day Care – This program offers free, after school day care to low-income children, between the ages of 6-12, whose parents are either working or enrolled in a job training program.
Sports, Computers, Opportunities, Recreational and Education Program – In collaboration with City Year of San Jose, this program provides homework assistance/tutorial services, recreational activities, computer instruction, and educational fieldtrips to encourage and empower youth to achieve academic success.
Eagle Warrior Athletics – Provides youth a variety of educational and recreational activities that focus on physical fitness skills, health and nutrition education, cultural awareness, and personal development.
Eagle Warrior Recreation – Provides game room activities and tournaments, arts and crafts, baking, movie days, field trips, and various educational events for youth.
Friday/Saturday Night Jams – Provides a positive alternative recreation program for youth, on Friday and Saturday nights, such as "funpetitive" sports, recreational activities, and various educational events.
Teatro Familia Aztlan – This multi-cultural production trains youth to develop their artistic and acting skills, participate in the production of a play, and perform and tour Bay Area schools and youth centers.

Street Reach – Provides high-risk youth, between the ages of 14-21, with a comprehensive gang intervention program designed to assist them in abandoning their unhealthy lifestyle. Youth receive educational workshops, academic and career guidance, substance abuse counseling, case management, support groups, family support services, and employment training and placement services.
New Image – Provides at-risk youth, between the ages of 12-21 who drop-in educational and recreational activities designed to assist them in developing the skills to address family, school, and peer issues.
Las Hermanitas (Little Sisters) – In partnership with Junior League of San Jose, this program provides middle school girls with mentors to assist them in developing the academic, personal and leadership skills to succeed in school and resist peer pressures.
Restorative Justice Program/Project Restore Respect – In collaboration with the Santa Clara County Probation Department, first time youth offenders or youth with minor violations are referred to this alternative sentencing, multi-service program. Youth and their families participate in a number of support services such as counseling, homework assistance, employment training, gang and substance abuse intervention services, and support groups to reduce the incidence of repeat offenders and to provide restitution to the community.

Sound Mind, Sound Body Weight Training – Provides youth, between the ages of 14-18, health, physical fitness, and nutrition education. Youth also learn to use weight training equipment, nautilus equipment, and Olympic free weights.
Youth Employment Program (YEP) – Provides youth/young adults, between the ages of 16-25, with pre-employment and job training, social and personal development, academic and career guidance, support services, and employment placement and retention services.
MACSA Mujeres and MACSA Hombres – Provide male and female youth with mentors, support groups, leadership training, and educational workshops to assist them in developing the skills to make positive life choices, achieve academic success, and resist peer pressure.
Youth Leadership Club – This program provides middle school students with educational and recreational activities that focus on leadership development, homework assistance, and community service projects. Youth can also participate in a roller hockey team which competes in local leagues and tournaments.
